Refer a veteran and we handle the rest
We work with VA homeless program staff, SSVF and HUD-VASH teams, hospital discharge planners, and re-entry specialists. You get one point of contact, straight answers on availability, and updates after move-in.

Send the referral
Call, email, or use our referral form. Tell us the veteran's move-in date and how rent will be paid.

We confirm a room
We reply with open rooms and what we still need within 48 hours. If nothing is open, we add the veteran to the waiting list and call when a room frees up.

Screening and move-in
You upload the ID, award letter and assessment right in the referral form. Then lease signing, walkthrough, and keys.
What we need from you
- Photo ID and DD-214 or VA documentation
- Proof of income, benefits, or an award letter
- Background check consent
- Signed house rules, including no smoking and no pets
- Able to live independently, with outside services as needed
Good to know
These are independent living homes. We do not provide medical or personal care, and we are glad to coordinate with the veteran's VA team. Homes are non-smoking and pet-free, so please tell us up front if that will not work for your client.
